Intermediate upper body
Intermediate based upper body exercises ideal for those wanting to advance their beginner exercises and train and strengthen middle back, neck and shoulders to stop recurrence of headaches and neck related pain, with shoulder and abdominal stability exercises included.
These exercises are good in combination with beginner exercises if you are new to Pilates based movements, or with Advanced exercises if your at the stage of your rehab journey to really challenge yourself and work harder.
Videos are 6x 10 minute duration, at $25, or in combination with beginner OR advanced programs for $50. Ideally done as 3x 10 minute videos (30 minutes total)

Intermediate based lower body exercises are ideal for those wanting to advance their beginner exercises and train and strengthen low back, glutes and legs to stop the recurrence of low back and hip related pain, with lower limb and abdominal stability exercises included.
These exercises are good in combination with beginner exercises if you are new to Pilates based movements, or with Advanced exercises if you're at the stage of your rehab journey to really challenge yourself and work harder.
